Santorini, Greece in off season is STRAIGHT out of a fairytale. Beautiful sunsets, long beaches, and rows and rows of white cubiform houses. All with little to no tourists. It was a photographer’s dream. We were able to rent a car, and felt like we owned the island, as there were barely any other people. We explored the cliffs, hikes, beaches, and the shops.
I traveled to Greece in the last week of February, and had the opportunity to work with the sweetest Santorini locals, who gave us all the tips and tricks.
They showed us around the cave houses, famous churches, and all the outlooks. They shared with us that usually, these outlooks had lines of tourists looking to take photos, but because it was off season, there was not another guest in sight. They brought their moped with them, and I could not resist photographing the two of them riding around. It. Was. Dreamy.
Just two lovers riding around Santorini at sunset. I couldn’t think of a better day.
